Overlay parts are the combination of tungsten carbide grit  and flux. They are made by welding (the product body/material?) the fully mixed tungsten carbide grit and brazing material under high temperature. The surface overlay can form a solid layer, givinge the surface extreme hardness and thus, high wear resistance etc. It can greatly enhance the work efficiency and the service life of the product.
